PR Update In Progress

As expected, a few days after Google updated backlinks, we are beginning to see PR movement, not just penalties, on various google data centers.

As confirmation, we found this new post on Matt Cutts' blog yesterday.

Hey folks, I wanted to let you know that new toolbar PageRank values should become visible over the next few days. I’m expecting that also in the next few days that we’ll be expiring some older penalties on websites."

While we know that the toolbar doesn't always reflect the actual PR value that Google has on file for a domain, we also know that when they update the toolbar, it is in sync with what Google has on file for at least a little while.
